Shipping Policy

At a glance: We offer free Standard shipping with no order minimum to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Processing is estimated at 1–2 business days, transit after shipment at 2–4 business days, and total delivery at 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Standard shipping is free for those destinations without a minimum order.

Where we ship and what it costs

We do not offer international shipping. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders without a minimum spend. The final shipping methods and any applicable tax appear before order submission. We do not ship to U.S. territories. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses depend on checkout eligibility; no particular carrier is guaranteed. Alaska and Hawaii are included among the 50 states.

Processing, transit, and tracking

We estimate 1–2 business days to process an order and 2–4 business days for transit after shipment, for an estimated 3–6 business days overall. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Timing can change because of address issues, carrier capacity, weather, or other disruptions. When a shipment has tracking, we will provide the tracking information by email.

If shipment is delayed

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and offer a choice: accept a revised shipment date or cancel for a prompt refund. Contact us with your order number for an update. An unshipped cancellation is not subject to a return inspection.

Address accuracy

Check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. The Anchorage address below is for business correspondence, not pickup or returns.
