Using the store

You may browse and purchase for lawful personal use. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, and do not interfere with the site, misuse accounts, or attempt unauthorized access. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and included pieces should be reviewed before ordering; estimates are identified as such.

Products, prices, and orders

Listings and availability can change. U.S. dollar prices, applicable tax, and any shipping charge are shown before submission. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to fulfill a mistaken, fraudulent, or unavailable order; we will communicate a cancellation and refund any payment collected. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Payment and delivery

Only payment methods actually shown and usable at checkout may be selected. An order can be completed only when checkout offers an available payment method. Delivery estimates and destination limits are set out in the Shipping Policy. If shipment cannot occur on time, you can accept a new date or cancel for a prompt refund.

Returns, cancellations, and responsibility

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery for an eligible return. The Refund Policy explains conditions, prepaid labels, no restocking fee, no exchanges, and refund timing. Contact us promptly about an unshipped cancellation. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law; no disclaimer here excludes rights or remedies that law does not permit us to exclude.

Site content and changes

The site may contain third-party product names and links. Trademarks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation is implied. We may correct errors or update these terms prospectively by posting a new date. For an existing order, the terms and facts provided when you ordered and mandatory law remain relevant.
